Ernani chose this material because it combines wear resistance, hygiene, optimal heat retention (heat dispersion is slower than any other material), and aesthetic appeal, thanks to its long-lasting brilliance.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e The cup's thickness helps regulate the espresso's temperature; the lower part of the cup is thicker to better retain heat, while the upper part is slightly thinner to provide a pleasant sensation when it touches the lips. The cup's initial temperature should be 40°C to maintain the coffee's body, the espresso's temperature, and the color of the crema for longer.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e The unique shape was designed to enhance the flavor, aroma, and appearance of the espresso. The smaller circumference allows the crema to persist and develop over time, enhancing the aromas thanks to reduced air dispersion.
