Shipments to a collection point or Inpost locker cost €4.50 up to a cart value of €55, after which shipping becomes free.
Delivery of the package to a collection point generally takes between 3 (three) and 5 (five) business days. However, delivery is not guaranteed; in the event of a delay by the courier, non-delivery, or loss of the package, Ernani S.r.l. will assist in resolving the issue but is not responsible for the courier's actions. Shipping costs are therefore not refunded in the above cases, but receipt of the goods paid for at the time of order confirmation is guaranteed.
International shipments are only possible within European Union countries and have different costs and delivery times depending on the area. International shipments generally require between 5 (five) and 8 (eight) business days for home delivery.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage.
Any additional customs fees that may arise during shipping are the customer's responsibility.
We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each.
Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.
In the event of a return
In the event of a return, the refund of the price paid for the product does not include any shipping costs incurred; therefore, only the amount of the products purchased, net of any discounts and/or promotions, will be refunded.
Before the expiration of the 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product, you must send an explicit notification to this effect by email to shop@caffeernani.com. Customer Service will then contact the customer to arrange for the return package to be picked up.
You will then need to place all the products in a suitable shipping box, along with all delivery documents: order summary, receipt, and any other documents.
The courier will pick up the package within 24 hours of the return confirmation.
NB: Returns are not possible if the customer does not like the taste or if the packaging has been opened and is therefore no longer in its original condition. Returns are possible if the product is damaged or does not meet the specifications listed by the supplier, Ernani S.r.l.
In the event of a failed collection or refusal of delivery
If the customer refuses delivery of the package from the courier without any valid reason, such as a severely damaged or open shipping box, Ernani S.r.l. will not refund any amount for the order. The same applies if the Customer fails to collect the package from the collection point and/or locker where it is located. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason and/or failure to collect the package remain the sole responsibility of the Customer and their discretion, releasing Ernani S.r.l. from any liability for reimbursement.
