Adagio coffee is a high-quality, decaffeinated, natural Indian Robusta single origin coffee.
- It has an intense aroma with notes of cocoa, nuts and dates.
The flavour is characterised by distinct notes of bitter cocoa and nuts, along with lighter hints of green tea leaves, dates and liquorice. The acidity and sweetness are delicate.
Removing the caffeine does not mean removing the flavour!
The taste of the Adagio blend is so surprising that you won't notice the difference from a non-decaffeinated coffee!
The decaffeination method used is dichloromethane, the most widespread and studied. Furthermore, the process patented by Demus, the laboratory where the caffeine is removed, also makes the coffee dewaxed, making it lighter and more digestible. FIND OUT MORE >>

Each individual capsule is self-protected in a controlled atmosphere of food-grade nitrogen. This eliminates the need for additional secondary packaging to wrap each capsule, creating unnecessary waste. Furthermore, the coffee is protected from oxygen-induced oxidation, thus maintaining its aromatic complexity and flavor even after several months.
