Ernani airtight coffee can
Description
Be careful! The type of jar or container you store your coffee in really makes a difference!
To preserve all its flavor and freshness, coffee should be stored in a non-transparent container, as light accelerates the aging process, altering its quality and freshness.
It is then essential to keep it protected from air, humidity and heat, in order to preserve its aromatic and organoleptic characteristics for as long as possible.
Oxygen is in fact the element that most easily undermines the ideal conditions of coffee, since contact with air leads to the oxidation of the bean with the consequent loss of volatile substances.
For this reason the new Ernani tin is airtight.
While heat causes coffee to go rancid, humidity can lead to mold, as coffee is a hygroscopic product, meaning it absorbs everything from the outside environment.
All these features are included in the product designed by Ernani, allowing you to best preserve an excellent product. However, without neglecting its usefulness, given the compactness and convenience of the tin, containing up to 600g of ground coffee, 500g of beans, or up to 30 capsules, as well as the elegance and linearity inherent in the values of the brand itself.
PS We recommend storing it on a shelf in the pantry, away from heat sources such as stoves and ovens, and outside the refrigerator.
Technical data sheet
- Dimensions: 197 X 115 X 120 mm
- Material: Aluminum with plastic lid and food grade silicone seal
Thanks to the medium roast, the carefully selected raw coffee beans can express themselves to their fullest, releasing all their natural aromas without ever being overly bitter. Try it without sugar, it's incredible!
The coffee is stored inside a sealed bag, self-protected with a one-way valve, which allows the coffee to degas, preventing oxygen from entering, which would otherwise oxidize it. This keeps the coffee fresh and aromatic even after several months.
