- Tanzania Superior, natural robusta
- On the nose: the aroma is intense and features notes of cocoa and toasted notes.
- Taste: Perfectly balanced between sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. It's a blend with few but well-defined aromas, with notes of cocoa, nuts, and caramel.
Ernani's advice: for espresso, use a dose of 7.5 g per dose.
