Ernani has carefully designed its cappuccino cup, starting from its shape, thickness, diameter, and material type, to offer you the best possible performance, as well as a modern, clean, and linear look, perfect for making the cappuccino the true protagonist of the experience.

• The ideal material for creating a professional mug is hard feldspar porcelain fired at approximately 1400°C. Ernani chose this material because it combines wear resistance, hygiene, optimal heat retention (heat dispersion is slower than any other material), and aesthetic appeal, thanks to its long-lasting brilliance.
• The cup's thickness helps regulate the temperature of your cappuccino; the bottom of the cup is thicker to better retain heat, while the top is slightly thinner to provide a pleasant sensation against the lips. The cup's initial temperature should be 40°C, to maintain the consistency of the milk foam and its temperature for longer;
• The unique shape was designed to enhance the flavor, aroma, and appearance of the coffee, as well as ensuring greater consistency and persistence of the cream. The interior base follows the classic elliptical "egg" shape to prevent the cream from breaking up during extraction and to preserve its consistency and color longer;
• The handle is comfortable to grip with two fingers, preventing direct contact of the middle finger with the body of the cup, which could cause an unpleasant sensation of heat.
