- Brasile Bom chocolate, natural arabica
- Tanzania Superior, natural robusta
- Congo Mombasa, natural robusta
- Costa d'Avorio, natural robusta
- On the nose: the aroma is intense and presents intense toasted notes
- Taste: it presents distinct notes of bitter cocoa, nuts and spices, accompanied by a delicate fresh and fruity note, which makes the blend pleasant despite the higher percentage of Robusta contained
Ernani's advice: for espresso, use a dose of 7.5 g per dose.
