The panettone dough is made with a special sourdough starter, which our master pastry chefs revive daily. It's then left to rest for 48 hours before being handcrafted, adding coffee and dark chocolate chips. It's all garnished with the traditional sugar and almond glaze!

The dough is incredibly soft, and the final result is a fantastic blend of the delicate bitterness of the coffee and the sweetness of the chocolate.
