It is a non-alcoholic drink, made exclusively from natural Ethiopian Specialty coffee and water.

Arabica specialty also means sustainability and flawless raw materials. Cold Brew, on the other hand, is a coffee brewed using only cold water, following the principle of infusion for many hours until the desired result is achieved: a fruity and naturally sweet aroma.

The beans come from the Daye Bensa plantation, located in the Sidama region at an altitude of 2,100 to 2,200 meters. Cultivation takes place in the shade of ancient trees; the beans are harvested by hand and then left to dry in the sun, which imparts an intense sweetness along with a pleasant aromatic complexity.
