The Vivace blend is composed of 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta:
- Colombia Finca la Meseta, washed arabica
- Brasile Bom chocolate, natural arabica
- Tanzania Superior, natural robusta
- Congo Mombasa, natural robusta
- Costa d'Avorio, natural robusta
Vivace is an intense and full-bodied blend, created for those who want an extra kick and a greater bitter note.
On the nose the aroma is intense and presents intense toasted notes.
The flavor is a coffee with distinct notes of bitter cocoa, nuts, and spices. This is complemented by a delicate, fresh, fruity note, making the blend pleasant, despite the higher percentage of Robusta.

Each individual capsule is self-protected in a controlled atmosphere of food-grade nitrogen. This eliminates the need for additional secondary packaging to wrap each capsule, creating unnecessary waste. Furthermore, the coffee is protected from oxygen-induced oxidation, thus maintaining its aromatic complexity and flavor even after several months.
