Coffee Porter - coffee beer - 33cl

This beer is a variation of the English Porter style in which the strong synergy between the notes of nuts, caramel, and cocoa from the malts used and those of vanilla, red fruits, citrus, and tobacco from the blend obtained from selected Specialty coffees will leave you speechless!

The beer was created in collaboration with Birrificio Rurale, the craft brewery in Desio, the hometown of our Torrefazione Ernani, as well as a third person, Fabio (@beerslinger89), a passionate connoisseur of both worlds: beer and coffee. The new beer is part of the Rurale Collaborative Series project, a platform created to promote and share passion, quality, and expertise with those who live their craft to the fullest. Values we all share!

For the coffee part we have selected two single-origin Specialty coffees:

• India Kalledevarapura : An elegant single-origin, featuring a broad, complex, and intriguing aromatic spectrum. Aromatic notes : almond, tea leaves, red fruits, milk chocolate, tobacco leaves, and vanilla;
• Brasile Caffè delle Donne : a single-origin, specialty, and socio-sustainable coffee with a sensual and feminine aromatic profile, grown, harvested, and processed by Lais, owner of the farm, and the other women of the Nossa Senhora Das Gracas plantation. It belongs to the IWCA Italia circuit (International Alliance of Women in Coffee, Italian chapter). Aromatic notes : almond, red fruits, pink grapefruit, bitter cocoa, and nuts.
